This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses SnopDesk AI ("SnopDesk", "we", "us") and is incorporated into the Terms of Service. It exists to keep the Service safe and to protect other merchants, their customers, and our ability to keep operating on the WhatsApp Business Platform.
You may not
- Violate applicable law, third-party rights, or the terms of any platform SnopDesk connects to (including Meta's WhatsApp Business Terms and WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy).
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or message a customer without the consent or opt-in required by WhatsApp policy or applicable law.
- Ignore or fail to honor a customer's opt-out or stop request.
- Impersonate another person or business, or send fraudulent or deceptive content.
- Send harassment, threats, hate speech, or content that incites violence.
- Upload, generate, or transmit child sexual abuse material or content that sexually exploits minors — we will report this to the relevant authorities and permanently terminate the account.
- Distribute malware, conduct phishing, or attempt to steal credentials or payment information.
- Attempt to circumvent platform limits, security controls, or WhatsApp's messaging/quality enforcement mechanisms.
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service without authorization.
- Attempt to access another workspace's data, or any part of the Service you are not authorized to access.
- Sell or facilitate the sale of illegal goods or services, or goods/services WhatsApp's commerce policies prohibit.
- Misuse personal or sensitive data collected through the Service, including using it for purposes beyond serving your own customers.
- Use SnopDesk's AI or automation features to make unlawful automated decisions about individuals.
- Deliberately evade Meta's WhatsApp quality rating or messaging-limit enforcement.
- Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties outside the terms of your plan.
- Conduct security testing, penetration testing, or vulnerability scanning against the Service without our prior written authorization.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take action proportionate to the risk, including warning you, disabling a specific feature (such as automated sending or a WhatsApp connection), suspending your account, or terminating your account for serious or repeated violations — consistent with the Terms of Service. Where a violation risks SnopDesk's standing with Meta or another platform, we may act to protect that relationship and other merchants even before completing a full investigation.
